i have the Mac Leopard OS X tiger version 10.4.6 install dvd and i want to install it on my pc windows xp (x86) any ideas..... let me know thank u for ur support....
This is NOT an easy thing to do, and the results I've seen are spotty ...

I have a slot loading imac g3 500mhz proccesor 1gb ram but it has a cd-rom Drive and I want to get tiger and Will it install using a external dvd drive? Becuse I hear tiger is on a dvd!

In XP, I can insert a DVD +RW, write files, eject the disc, reinsert it at it another date and do the same thing again. I can do this until the DVD capacity is maxed out.
On the Mac, I put my files into the burn folder, burn the disc ...

I just purchased a new WD Passport Portable (250 GB) USB 2.0 drive and everytime I try to copy data onto it, it unplugs itself halting the transfer.
The drive is formatted for Mac OS X and am running the latest version of Mac OS X Tiger with all updates....
Please assist ...

I want Mp3 or something better than AU in my java applet i'm programming. Im trying to use QT Java and i have the code and everything but the applet viewer keeps saying is not compatible in Macos Tiger.
