Can I delete this iWork folder on my Mac?

I had iWork ‘08, then upgraded to iWork ‘09. While cleaning up my mac, I went to Macintosh HD>Library>Application Support.
In there, there is a folder titled iWork ‘08, and one titled iWork ‘09. Can I delete the ‘08 one?
Yeah its 100MB

you should be able to, but is it really doing any harm, or taking up that much room?
