Some jerk that called into the helpdesk today. Our outgoing servers quit allowing people to send over them without authentication. By the way people reacted you would have though we were throwing puppies over cliffs.

    As Dr. House said, you measure the character of a man by how he treats his subordinates. People should focus less in taking broad political stances and more at being less of a jerks to people under their influence (and that includes custommer / service provider).
