What is the minimum specs to run Apple’s OS X Tiger or Snow Leopard?
November 26th, 2009 | by admin |If I get an older mac as my first one.. I am switching and want to try it out first, what do I need to run OS X effectively and fast? I know apple computers dont normally have as much spec and seem to still run super fast (IE 1/2gb ram is standard and not always a fast processor, compared to what is in a PC)
To run Snow Leopard, the Mac must have an Intel processor (won’t work on Power-PC based Macs), 1GB ram, 5GB hard drive space, and a DVD drive.
