MSI Wind U100 OS X Leopard Walk-thru (watch in High Quality)
July 27th, 2009 | by admin |
This video gives you a glimpse of a possible MacBook Nano netbook if Apple decided to create one. Thanks to the folks at the forums on MSIWind dawt net for the help in creating a U100 that runs on Leopard. I am thoroughly pleased with my lightweight project netbook that allows me to access Internet and e-mail without having to lug around a full laptop to Panera or Starbucks.

I am getting 4 hours if I am watching videos and surfing the Web. I am in the process of updating to 10.5.7 and I have read that there will be a 20+% bump in battery run time.

I couldn’t post a link in the comments so I sent you an e-mail with the links and instructions. The fix is a script that ports the audio from the speakers to the HP jack then back again. If anyone else reading needs the fix, I can e-mail it to your through YouTube.

There are 500gb …
There are 500gb 5400rpm western digital scorpio BLUE series right now. If I were you, I’d wait for the 500gb 7200rpm BLACK series. The difference between black and blue series is: Even if the black series rotates at 7200rpm, it consumes the same amount of battery with the 5400rpm blue series. And I tested it myself, my battery life stayed the same after I upgraded to 7200rpm 320gb.
