Avid (PC) is the best, Final Cut Pro (Mac) is comparable.
Adobe Premiere is really good, but a step down.
I think Sony Vegas is the best to start off with though, it is pretty much on par and very easy to learn with, it’s definitely the cheapest out of the four too.
