It’s a legal agreement you accept when you install the software that explains what you can and cannot legally do with it. The EULA (End User License Agreement) with the Linux OS, for example, allows you to legally make copies and freely distribute that particular operating system.

The thing with OS X goes for anyone, but I think it would be businesses who Apple would target before anything else.

jajajajja….dude…i got mac os x 10.5.7 on my acer mini laptop….works perfect and same as original apple, and its even better cause its 10.1 inches, so its apple’s fault , they should make a mini netbook, i had to make one myself!!!!,,,,uppsss

It’s already cracked version of Mac OSX which you can download from torrent. You don’t have to go through this bullshit. I mean I guess his way would be legal but harder. Hackintosh is much easier just mount and install.
