Hey waz up. Kool video. Have you tried Monolingual? Its a program that gets rid of all those non-English languages in your computer that you never used. I installed and keep it because you can run it every time you install in new program. I freed up a gig.

My friend did this too, but all of his stuff runs faster… He says he lost 9 Gigabytes of memory though, cause Leopard didn’t over write Tiger.

the song is: Juicy-Better Than Ezra, i switched to leopard and found that the system was kind of slow and laggy when running some applications, it used to get very very hot in the bottom, with tiger is a little more cooler, but you you know thats my opinion every one has a different opinion but it runs good, instead with tiger it runs excellent

Limewire? Come on, you’ve got to know that P2P Applications, especially when they’re entirely programmed in Java will slow down your system, especially when it’s not really up to date. How does your G4 hold up when not running Limewire? What about those Apple HD Trailers, can it play them smoothly? Thanks for your reply!

    I used leopard and …
I used leopard and i was so disappointed with the speed, only running limewire, itunes, iphoto, msn and the system was running slow, the minimize effect(genie) is awful and laggy in leopard(on this machine) my battery life decrease, it gets very hot in the bottom, but all new features works fine(coverflow, quick look, etc.) for ppc macs the best option is tiger, is fast and stable, if you only use your mac for basic use leopard is fine, but for intensive work i do not recomend it.

It would be nice if you could hand out some more infos about the speed. Can you play HD-Trailers from apple? When exactly does it get slow and laggy? Does its speed annoy you when doing daily work?
