How do you know if you have overfed your tiger barbs?

I’m worried I’m over feeding my tiger barbs because you can see through there stomachs and i see a big black blotch which i was thinking was the food i gave him. I only give them 1 small pinch twice a day. I have 2 tiger barbs and a tinfoil barb.

Doesn’t sound like you’re over feeding them!
The only time it could be a problem is if they stop pooping, or if they’re constantly overfed and it messes with their other organs.
